Free Returns

BDCT CLOTHING LIMITED is offering free worldwide returns with UPS.

We accept returns for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Please contact us by e-mail (support@bdctclothing.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with a returns reference number and the return documents.

Print and complete the returns form ensuring that it is signed and agrees with our Returns Policy. If you would like an exchange, please indicate the desired item including the size required.

In the event of an exchange, there is no charge to ship out the replacement items. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please return goods to us within 14 days of receiving the returns from us.

We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows an indication that it has been worn. We also cannot accept the return of any undergarments/socks. This is for hygiene purposes. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product.

Please do not remove the white security seal until you are happy with your order. We are unable to accept a returned item with a broken security seal.

Refunds for returned items will only be credited to accounts initially used to purchase the returned item. Refunds are only offered for returned items and exclude shipping costs.

US Collection

Arranging free collection, your return can be collected from your home, work, or any other convenient place.

Contact UPS to book a convenient time and place to collect the parcel from you, by calling 1 (800) 742-5877.

Alternatively, you may elect to drop your parcel off at a local UPS Access Point. UPS has over 2,8000 Access Points across the US. Visit the UPS website and select the contact number for your country: www.ups.com. Contact UPS with the given number to book a convenient time and place to collect the parcel from you.

To ensure your return is covered by our free returns we recommend that items are returned from the same country in which they were delivered. Any items returned from an alternative country may incur additional fees and may experience delays with customs clearance.

We prefer to have items returned to us via UPS to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you can return the product through your own secure means. We recommend that you send the item back to us by registered delivery or courier and retain proof of postage. Make sure that items you send back to us are insured as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage shipped back to us. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Repeated Returns

Exchanges and refunds are offered to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases from BDCT CLOTHING LIMITED. However, customers that excessively return items may be refused at our sole discretion.

If you require more information about our return policy, please contact us using the details on the contact page. Until the order is accepted and all funds due are settled, legal title to the goods will remain the property of BDCT CLOTHING LIMITED. If BDCT CLOTHING LIMITED issues a refund to you, legal title to the merchandise will immediately revert to BDCT CLOTHING LIMITED. The goods are fully insured during transit and once the goods are delivered they become your sole responsibility.
